New Goals!!

This whole Crossfit thing is really challenging me.

I CAN'T do a pull-up
I CAN'T climb the rope
I waddle for days after I do any sort of squats
The weights I use on my bar are itty, bitty and really quite embarrassing

This is a pretty impressive list of can'ts, which I will turn into CANS!!!!  I'll be sure and post when they come to pass :)
